Our values are exactly what they should be: non-negotiables. We hire, fire, and evaluate on these values. We live them day in and day out. They are not words that are simply posted on our website or some artifact in the office - these values live and breathe via our daily articulation and expression.
Dance in the rain. Doodle in your notes. Find unconventional solutions to big problems. We live creatively both in the literal sense (taping post-it notes with sketches of prototype solutions to the wall) and in the broader sense (how we architect our business, lives, and see the world).
Life experience is the most valuable currency. Seek adventure in and out of the office. Get off the beaten path. Sail across unknown waters. Try writing with a pink pencil or take a different route to the coffee shop. Be adventurous in your desire to learn and expand your skills and mindset.
Dare to be GREAT! Every great, fantastical “big idea” starts with these two little words, “what if…” What if… we start this business? What if… we try and go to the moon? We embrace crazy dreamers and their wild big ideas and the power of asking “what if…?” Asking “what if?” leads to keen insights that are the big ideas no one else is seeing.
